Wonderful to have passionate future-makers together last week at the Australian Museum’s ‘Future Now’ exhibition.

Contributors to the Future Now Makers video portrait series came along to see their portraits and connect with other contributors. We all loved the chance to meet again 🙏👏

There is such incredible talent and passion in this group . If the future feels challenging, ‘the now’ of gathering together is all the more important!

Thanks so much for your leadership and dedication, and all our contributors and creative collaborators!

Sorry not everyone could attend, we hope to have more opportunities over coming months.

The exhibition runs until 13 April 2025.

Future Now is the place to be 😍

So wonderful to visit the Australian Museum’s Future Now exhibition, now on display in the main galleries. Absolutely worth a visit!

You do not want to miss seeing the dioramas of future habitats - amazing work by Sydney’s own Model Craft and art directed by the AM’s Jenny Newell and Louise Teteris.

The Studio ESEM team have loved working with the Climate Solutions Centre and Touring Exhibitions team on a series of video portraits of change makers across NSW and beyond.

The Future Now Makers portraits are now on display and will be touring as life size media plinths once the exhibition goes back on tour later in the year. More on these soon!

We’ve also created a new AI-driven artwork for this exhibition in partnership with Midjourney and the Climate team ;-)

Congrats to the Australian Museum and thanks for the opportunity to contribute to this brilliant project. 🙏🌳🦋

New year, new you?

We’re seeking to expand our roster of collaborators this year due to a growing number of projects in the digital storytelling and design space. And because we need help with our social media presence :-)

If you care for nature-based storytelling and want to put your skills and experience to use for a better future for all creatures, please get in touch.

These are two distinct roles - not one - but if you work across both then that’s a plus. Note, these are part time/casual roles for now.
