my first feather on the left was a gift many years ago, and became part of my brand and an important part of my reiki sessions (see profile picture).
but it is now time to retire that feather almost 6 years later. it lost it’s whoooosh and power, so i knew it was time to replace it.
they say when something breaks, it has done it’s job for you and it is time to move on.
i would like to thank this feather for all the memories, photoshoots, and the hundreds of people it has helped me clear.
i will keep this feather forever as decor and as a memory 🪶💗
✨i welcome my new feather to the family. i look forward to using it in my in-person sessions in banff, alberta!

re: practicing mediumship 💫
people are so afraid of getting information wrong, and saying the wrong thing 🙊
WHO CARESSSSS?!
we are practicing, this is the place where you are learning from your mistakes.
when you are charging for or paying for a $300 reading that is different.
you are *practicing*, and you need to say what you feel, know, see, sense, just say it! drop it like mail. there is no attachment to right/wrong, your job is to just say what you see.
in episode 280: q&a: reiki, energy & mediumship i talk about the september mediumship practice circle.
someone said “the person had cancer”
“yes, they had stomach cancer”
“i felt stomach, but i didn’t say it” 🤦🏽‍♀️
WHYYYY???!!!
you are practicing, you should be SO happy to be wrong because that means you are learning.
let’s shift the focus to “being wrong” = good 👍🏼 because you can learn from that experience the same way as when you get information right, you are learning from that experience as well.
