this is my reiki lineage and if you train with me, you’ll be 7 teachers away from the original reiki teachings ✨
my style is very traditional, just like i was taught. BUT i also added in everything i wish i knew when i was starting my reiki journey.
i’ve been teaching reiki for over 5 years now, with monthly trainings and more than 220 courses taught!🤯

reiki is honestly my little lifesaver and secret super power✨🤫
running a business and keeping up with life can get pretty overwhelming.
when my brain won’t stop and i’m feeling overwhelmed, i use reiki to calm myself down and reset my energy🧘🏽‍♀️
it’s super easy to do at the end of the day, while you are in bed about to fall asleep. i can honestly say i use it every day, multiple times a day! i have been using it daily for over 8 years now 🤓
if you’ve ever wanted a simple way to chill out and clear your head, this might be it!

summer time just makes me want to slowwwwwww down.
and this year, i actually am 😎
i just had 4 days off (shock horror), worked 3 days, and have 3 more days off.
(more shock, less horror)
AND i just booked 10 days off this summer to enjoy my life.
i forgot this is the whole point ☀️
i can’t work work work work work work work
more joy joy joy joy joy joy joy fun fun fun fun fun fun sunshine sunshine sunshine sunshine 🌞
i can’t get a tan from inside! 🤣🏖️
sharing because i always talk about how much i work blablabla, and i don’t want to feed into hustle culture and glamorize not resting. i’m leaning into restttttttt
let’s feed into rest. relaxation. nothing to do, and no where to go. let’s talk with friends, and sit on porches. make meals together, watch sunsets, drink wine. let’s laugh til we cry. soak up the sun, play in grass, take allergy meds so we can keep playing in the grass. go for walks and sit by the river. sleep in and stay up late. walk dogs and eat good food. play in the rain and watch the stars ⭐️
that’s the point.
