Happy Month—no, actually, Happy Pride Summer. 🏳️🌈☀️
We’re proud to be a queer-owned and operated business. 🌈 Many of us on the team identify as LGBTQ+, and we don’t just show up for our community in June. We show up in our hiring practices, in the clients we choose to work with, and in the way we hold brands accountable.
For the past three years, we’ve run a paid ad campaign ahead of Pride to educate companies about rainbow-washing and pink-washing. But this year, our ads were rejected as “political/social issue content”. Frustrating? Yes. But it won’t stop us. ✊️
This spring, we launched something even bigger: a pro bono initiative to support trans women in business, in response to the UK Supreme Court ruling. 🏳️⚧️
The love and support we’ve received from the trans community has been beyond anything we could have imagined. We’ve already donated a full week’s worth of agency time to trans women-owned businesses—and we’re just getting started. 🧡

Even when big corporations scale back their DE&I campaigns, we won’t.
Even when Pride becomes “too political” for companies, we won’t stop speaking up.
