Nintendo’s $300 mistake, explained. 🥸

Parents thought the Wii U gamepad was an add-on, not a whole new console. The reveal focused on the controller, the ads didn’t clarify the box, and confusion snowballed into weak sales and empty shelves.

Which is tragic, because the games were SO GOOD. Mario Kart 8, Splatoon, Smash…an elite lineup trapped on a system most people didn’t understand.

The best travel monitor isn’t a monitor at all 🥽

I get real work done in Apple Vision Pro. The Mac Virtual Display can stretch to an ultra-wide that’s equal to dual 5K screens. On a plane or in a hotel, I’m editing in Final Cut with notes, Safari, and Messages all visible.

Battery life is up to 2.5 hours for general use and 3 hours for video playback thanks to M5 too. 🔋

The new iPad Pro now drives 120Hz external displays with adaptive sync, so drawing in Procreate feels instant and gaming looks smoother with less stutter.

The screens stay the same excellent tandem OLED. Go glossy for punchy color and HDR sparkle. Pick nanotexture if you battle glare under bright lights. It scatters reflections at the nanometer level while keeping contrast. I’m a nanotexture convert. 🎨
