Hey friends! I wanted to talk about the power of inner zeal today.

I know first-hand that an initial mental health diagnosis can be daunting. It can feel hopeless.

Zeal is defined as "intense enthusiasm or devotion," and I believe that it's something that we all have within us. It's that inner fire that drives us to pursue our passions and goals with energy and dedication.

What I have learned is that you don't give up on your mental health journey – you keep searching for that inner zeal and let it guide you toward a happier and healthier you.
