The Benefits of Maple Syrup in Baking and Dessert making (as well as my two top recipes!)

Make meringues and ice cream using nutrient dense, nourishing ingredients...without any refined sugar!

My kids love these meringues and this ice cream.

Use your pasture raised egg yolks in the ice cream and the egg whites in the meringues.

The sweetness comes from pure wholesome Maple Syrup. It works like a charm in baking and dessert making!

Maple Syrup is included in Paleo diets and noted in ancestral eating patterns advocated for by The Weston A Price Foundation.

The basis for both these recipes comes from the "Nourishing Traditions" recipe book by Sally Fallon.
