Easy one-bowl recipe for this decadent chocolate truffle cake with a shiny glaze. It's surprisingly simple to make.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Cup | 180g All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup | 25g natural cocoa powder, not Dutch or Dark
1 Teaspoon | 5g Baking Soda
3/4 Cup | 150g fine granulated Sugar/Caster Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup | 96g Vegetable/Sunflower Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Cup | 240g Hot Milk
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar

Pan used:
One 8 inch pan

For Chocolate Truffle Frosting:
200g Whipping Cream (min 35%fat best)
400 gm Dark chocolate chopped

For Glaze
Remaining Melted chocolate ganache
1 Tablespoon Butter

Sugar Syrup
2 Tablespoon Fine Sugar
2 Tablespoon Hot Water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Weigh all the ingredients using a kitchen weighing scale in grams for perfect results. It will save your valuable time. Prepare your baking tin ahead of making the batter to get a good rise.

2. Sift all the Dry Ingredients together in. Mixing bowl, the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Add salt and fine Sugar.Mix everything well.

3. Make space at the center and add all the wet ingredients, the Oil, Vanilla Essence, hot milk and white vinegar. Whisk well till incorporated. Do not Over mix.

4. Pour the batter into an 8 pan greased with oil and lined with a parchment paper.

5. Bake in an preheated oven 8 inch pan for 24-25 Mins Or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

6. For the frosting, pour Hot cream into chopped dark chocolate, let it rest for 5 mins then mix well till smooth. Cling wrap the surface, Refrigerate for 30 mins. Keep aside some of it for the Glaze. Whip the rest few seconds till smooth. Frost the cake layers soaked with the Sugar Syrup.

7. For Glaze, once the cake is frosted, Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Melt the reserved truffle with butter. Pour it over the chilled cake. Decorate and Refrigerate for 30 mins.

Quick & Easy Homemade Chicken Burger Recipe 🍔 😍

INGREDIENTS
For Sauce
2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar

For Patties
250g Minced chicken
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon fine Sugar

Few Tablespoon Cornstarch to coat the patties once frozen

Flour mix
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Ice Cold Water

METHOD

1. Mix minced chicken with Garlic, Onion, Black pepper, salt and sugar. Grease hands with oil and divide into four even sized patties. Place on a greased tray or parchment paper. Freeze for an hour or till gets firm enough.

2. Make a Thin Batter by mixing all purpose flour, cornstarch, spices, baking powder, soda and salt, Add ice cold water bit by bit mixing well.

3. Coat the frozen patties with Cornstarch and Dip into the thin batter and Deep fry till Golden in Hot Oil on Medium Heat.

Quick Juicy Fried Chicken Kababs Bangalore Empire Hotel Style in minutes 🍗🥰

INGREDIENTS
500gm Chicken, Curry Cut
2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
1 Tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Tandoori Masala
1 Teaspoon Salt
Pinch red food color, optional
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1.5 Tablespoon Thick Curd
2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
Half of a beaten Egg
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice/White Vinegar
2-3 Tablespoon of water to make a thick batter

To Fry
Vegetable/Sunflower Oil
Curry Leaves, washed & dried

METHOD

1️⃣ Mix all the Dry ingredients the Flour, Cornstarch, Spices and Baking powder, Soda and Salt. Add the Curd, Ginger garlic paste, Egg, Lemon juice and then add water bit by bit mixing well. Form a batter not too thick or thin. Marinate with the chicken for 10-15 mins.

2️⃣ Deep Fry in Hot Oil for 6-7 minutes on Medium Heat. Do not use High Heat else the insides will remain uncooked. Drain them on a wire mesh to maintain the crispiness. Tissues make them soggy.

3️⃣ Garnish with Lemon juice 🍋 and Chat Masala. Serve with Onion rings 🌰 Bon Appetit 🍽️🥰

Super Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake filled with chocolate whipped cream and topped with a luscious dark chocolate ganache.

Made in one bowl with just a whisk with no eggs but still so soft, this pastry cake is really easy to make and so decadent!

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup | 120g All Purpose Flour
6 Tablespoon | 37g Cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup +2 Tbsp | 175g fine granulated sugar
3/4 cup | 188g Milk, Room temperature
1/4 Cup | 48g Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 Teaspoon instant coffee, optional but recommended
1/2 cup Hot water
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar

For Chocolate Ganache
100g semi sweet dark Chocolate Chips
100g Hot Heavy Whipping Cream, min 35% fat
1 Tablespoon Butter, optional for shine

Chocolate Whipped Cream
1 Cup | 250g Cold Heavy Whipping Cream, min 35% fat
2 Tablespoon Fine granulated/Caster Sugar
2 Tablespoon of the Chocolate Ganache
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder, sifted

Sugar Syrup
1.5 Tablespoon Fine Sugar
1.5 Tablespoon Hot Water

Toppings
Mini Chocolate chips milk & dark

Pan used
8*6 inch rectangular tin

METHOD

1. Weigh all the ingredients using a kitchen weighing scale for perfect results. It will save your valuable time. Sift all the Dry Ingredients together in a bowl, the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt. Add fine Sugar. Mix well.

2. Add all the wet ingredients, the oil, milk, vanilla essence and hot coffee. Mix well. Add vinegar just before baking.

3. Prepare the tin before making the batter. Grease with oil then place a parchment paper. Transfer the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on the size of the tin.

Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe with a soft spongy texture filled with Nutella inside or studded with chocolate chips, a perfect treat for anyone!

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup | 125g All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon | 5g Baking powder (measure in gms)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup | 125g Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
125g fine granulated Sugar/Caster sugar
125g | 2 Large Eggs, at room temp (measure without shells)
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 Tablespoon Milk , full fat (at room temp)

For stuffing, optional
Nutella
Chocolate chips

METHOD

🧁 Measure the butter, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder in grams using a weighing scale to get perfect results.
Using same weight of flour, butter, sugar and eggs will give a perfect balanced taste and texture. While measuring egg weight without shells, Borrow egg white from another egg to make it 125g. Use large Eggs.
🧁 Beat the room temperature butter with fine sugar till it gets a pale white color on Low Speed. Scrape the sides.
🧁 Add the Room temperature Eggs one at a time mixing each egg well till just incorporated on Low Speed. Add vanilla essence.
🧁 Place a Sieve on top and add the All purpose flour, Baking powder and Salt. Sift the dry ingredients in two batches, folding gently alternating with a tablespoon of milk in between. Do not over mix.
🧁 Use an IceCream Scoop or a small ladle to pour into the liners. Half fill with batter, Spoon the Nutella in the centre and cover with more batter. Do not Overfill it. 3/4th or 2/3 is fine to get a proper shape.
🧁 Bake the Nutella cupcakes preheated for 16-18 Mins Or Till Golden.
🧁 I added chocolate chips to the rest of the batter to make chocolate chip cupcakes. Topped with more chips. Bake the Chocolate Chip Cupcakes for 20-22 Mins Or Till Golden on top
