The incredible skyline of Guangzhou, I think this city is underrated and has so much to offer. And is my favourite city in China. From the cuisine, to the nightlife to its close proximity to Hong Kong, this city has it all.

Snowtown at night is like being transported into some fairytale land beyond your imagination. The electric atmosphere on the streets with people filled will happiness and laughter, the ambiance of the light together with the snow is nothing short of breathtaking. The mouthwatering smell of food being cooked on open flames just adds to the whole experience. We had the best lamb and beef skewers bbq’d with just enough seasoning to complement the hero ingredient.

Snowtown during the day. The magical town in North East China where you’ll find reindeer and huskies pulling sleds through the Main Street. You can hike up the mountain on wooden walk ways through the picturesque forests and get an amazing view of the whole town. The Siberian winds and the icy Japan seas make the perfect climate for snow which covers this town for 7 months a year. We were blessed to spend a night in this magical town.

Hotpot or known in pinyin: huǒguō; which literally means ‘fire pot', also known as soup-food or steamboat, is a Chinese cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table.
It is a unique dish from the Western Zhou (1045 – 771 BC) period.
Its addictive taste is one reason for the popularity of hotpot overs thousands of years.

You can boil nearly every kind of vegetable and meat in the spicy-flavored broth, and even the fussiest eaters will find their favorites in the seething cauldron, including foreign tongues.

What better way to experience Chinese culture than through its cuisine. Sharing hotpot is the fastest way for foreigners to integrate into Chinese culture.
