🚨 Q4 is slowly approaching and it’s time to lock-in to prep for holiday closeouts/rest.

Here are 3 ways to prep your business:

1️⃣ Check your receipts: Review your numbers from Q1-Q3. What has been the main source of revenue? Give it a spruce up and have that take you through the holidays. What has drained money? Find ways to minimize/cut it.

2️⃣ Get a jump start on your holiday promos: Use this month to prep your holiday/end of year content.

3️⃣ Fine tune your operations/logistics: From shipping to client onboarding, smooth out the bumps so you’re prepared when those sales roll in.

Let’s set up now to be ready for the goodness to come.. Your future self will thank you.

As we wrap up National Wellness Month, let’s show love to Nedra Tawwab 💕. Her commitment to showing up for Black women as we navigate healing, setting boundaries, and protecting our peace is inspiring.

Here’s to more women like Nedra who remind us that taking care of us is the ultimate power move. 🙌🏾

Thank You!

✨ August is National Wellness Month, and let’s be real, as Black
women in business, we carry A LOT.

The “hustle” and “grind” culture will have us thinking rest is lazy, but the truth is: rest is resistance, self-care is
sacred, and wellness is wealth. 🖤

Here are 3 ways you can honor your wellness this month:
1⃣ Set boundaries: say no without overexplaining. Protecting your
peace protects your purpose.

2⃣ Schedule rest like revenue: block time on your calendar for
naps, walks, or doing absolutely nothing. Treat it as
non-negotiable.

3⃣ Pour into your joy: read that book, dance in your kitchen, book
the massage, or take the solo date. Fun fuels creativity.

Baddies, remember that you are a Baddie first that needs to take care of you.

What’s one self-care practice you’re committing to this week?

Oftentimes businesses don’t fail because of a bad idea, product, or offering. Instead, they fail because the Founder may not have the adequate systems support.

Making it to and through the early stages of business is about ensuring you lay the foundation and structures to continue building.

If you’re ready to build with intention, surround yourself with accountability, and learn real strategies to sustain your business, we invite you to join our online Baddie Community.

What is a Baddie?

A baddie, as defined by me in this context, is a Black woman that is intentional and passionate about her craft. She is cognizant of what she wants, goes after it, and persists in the midst of the trials and tribulations that come her way. NO she is not superwoman! She is a woman that has ebbs and flows through SUPER situations, and makes it out with new learnings and lessons. She does not always smile, because there is not always a smile to give.
