Day 25 of our Alaska Adventure.

Cantwell to Denali National Park, lunch in Talkeetna then found a spot for the night at a roadside pullout South of Anchorage on the Turnagain Arm.

Day 24 of our Alaska Adventure.

The rain stopped and the sun came out allowing us to get our awnings mostly dry, so we packed up and got back on the road towards Denali.
We caught some glimpses of the great mountain Denali and saw some Caribou on the side of a hill. We are a in Cantwell for the night.

Day 22 of our Alaska adventure
Yesterday we made our way to the Arctic circle. Stopped at Yukon River Cafe on the Dalton highway for gas @ $7.49 a gallon 🥵 and had lunch. We made it to the Arctic Circle and spent the night there. This morning we got back on the road to Fairbanks where we had to do the car wash yet once again. Thank you Dalton Highway!

Day 18
After breakfast we hit the road headed towards Watson Lake and the Signpost Forest. Along the way we ran across several herds of bison on the side of the road some even on the road. We saw more bears including a few cubs. Our home for the night is another roadside pullout near Teslin Lake by the bridge.

Day 17
Woke up to a chilly🥶 morning by the river as we were eating breakfast right there across the river, two bears appeared across the river and hung out on the riverbank for a little while. We saw 4 more bears off the side of the road on the way to Fort Nelson, and a Stone Sheep after that. We stopped at Tetsa River Lodge to try one of those Galactic Famous Cinnamon Rolls. Further down the road we saw a mama and a baby bison off in the woods. Our home for tonight is at Liard Springs Lodge and RV Park.

Day 15
This morning we pulled out of 10 Mile Lake Provincial Park. Got back on highway 97 and headed north once again. We stopped along the way at Cafe 97 near Powder King Ski Resort on highway 97. Good food and good poutine. Stopped in Chetwynd BC for fuel and saw some cool chainsaw sculptures. We have stopped for the night at Dawson Creek.

Day 10 more troll hunting around Seattle, Vashon Island and Bainbridge Island.

Day 8 took us from Rufus Landing in Oregon to Bainbridge Park in Washington. Stopped and saw another wooden troll along the way.
