There is no single photo from an entire season but this one sums up our journey. Whether it be my personal journey rising again after losing Mark and raising our daughters alone or the rise of your show. You see it’s never been my show, it’s always been yours. After the 2008 recession the local news industry no longer had the budget to share your stories. When I was a local news reporter I always said the best part of my job was being there on your best day. But more often than not I was there on your worst.

So when the money ran out on sharing those best days, I grabbed my camcorder and mini dvs, jumped into my 2008 Prius, and came to your communities. You didn’t know me, you didn’t know our show, but you knew your story and you were ready to share it. It is my honor and my duty to share your stories and I am so grateful to you for trusting me with them.

The list of hands that touched our show is as magical as our first 13 episodes! Thank you to the wickedly talented Michael Horn for believing in the show from the beginning and putting your cinematic eye on those first few before we knew where they would go. To Mary Orlin for your incredible expertise. To Anaconda Street Productions for responding to an email from a stranger and really helping shape our vision. Chad Michael Hardy for serving as Chief Inspiration Office, putting together our sizzle, and so much more.

2024 brought so many amazing new episodes and the opportunity for me to work with the impeccable Jade Hernandez. Jade has poured every ounce of her beautiful soul into every show she touches. To get to know is to love her and I do. I feel as if she is one of my sisters and like family she is stuck with me. Ha!

Thank you to the leadership at CBS Bay Area and Beyond for believing in me and our show.

I'm so excited for you to watch our first New Episode of 2024 Wine Oh! TV: Oakland! It aired on KPIX CBS San Francisco Bay Area Sunday after the Stern Grove Festival and is online NOW. Join the journey as we come together in your community by breaking bread, opening up a bottle, and connecting through culture!

New this season, I'm honored to have the experience, artistic eye, and excitement of Jade Hernandez helping produce our show. I first started watching Jade on TV when I moved to the Bay Area to work at KPIX in 2009. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would be lucky enough to team up with her.

Thank you all for your love and support for the last 15 plus years! As I continue to navigate life... I have found a way to embrace its highlights knowing that the lowlights that we all experience come with a life well lived and a life well loved.
