Sweet & Spicy Steak Fajita Street Taco Melt ๐ฎ๐ฅฉ๐ง๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ
Tender caramelized steak, smoky poblano peppers, and gooey melted cheese come together inside crispy toasted street taco tortillas with a creamy zesty sauce for the ultimate handheld dinner!
๐ด Ingredients:
* 1ยฝ lbs sirloin steak, cubed
* 2 poblano peppers, sliced
* 12 street taco flour tortillas
* 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack and mozzarella cheese blend
* ยผ cup honey mixed with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 cup sour cream mixed with ยฝ cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp taco seasoning
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper

1. Season the steak with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, then sear in olive oil until browned.
2. Add the sliced poblano peppers and cook until tender before stirring in the honey BBQ mixture until everything is evenly glazed.
3. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning to make the creamy sauce.
4. Fill each street taco tortilla with shredded cheese, the glazed steak and peppers, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce, then fold in half.
5. Toast the tacos in a lightly buttered skillet for 2โ3 minutes per side until crispy and golden with melted cheese inside.
6. Serve hot with extra sauce and lime wedges if desired.
