From Brown Sugar to Voodoo to Black Messiah, D’Angelo didn’t follow trends — he built worlds. His sound was church and street, jazz and funk, love and revolution.

Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show will return to ABC's airwaves on Tuesday, nearly a week after it was pre-empted amid criticism of the host's remarks about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

"Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country," the Walt Disney Company said in a statement Monday. "It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive."

"We have spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday," Disney added.

The network pulled the show Wednesday after Federal Communications Commission Chair Brendan Carr threatened to revoke ABC affiliate licenses over Kimmel’s comments, which he described in a podcast interview as “the sickest conduct possible.”

Humanity isn't a competition, it's fuggin Humanity!  Monsters were actually just competitors with superiority complexes, that became comfortable in their spirits with doing and/or saying anything to eliminate other people to attain a goal in direct opposition to Humanity.

But it's your Humanity that is required to be intact at the very moment your spirit leaves your body because Science and Spirituality agrees; according to the First Law of Thermodynamics (the law of conservation of energy), energy cannot be created or destroyed; it only changes form. 

And if your spirit is in a monstrous form the moment of transformation, one must agree that there are different places for monsters vs those who maintained their Humanity because after all those energies can't coexist.

Just deep thinkin today.
