Summer fun continues Labor Day weekend at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort with aquatic adventures, food trucks, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities from Friday, August 29 through Monday, September 1, 2025.

Splash into the long weekend at Newport Dunes’ Inflatable Aquatic Park, open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The floating playground features towering inflatables, including a 17-foot slide, bouncers, monkey bars and more. Visitors can also enjoy kayaks, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards and electric Duffy boat rentals.

Soak up the sounds of Tunes at the Dunes, with three evenings of live music from 5–8 p.m.:
Kelly Boyz Band (country rock) – Friday, August 29
Family Style (funk, soul, blues) – Saturday, August 30
Flashback Heart Attack (‘80s tribute) – Sunday, August 31

Bring your beach chairs, blankets, or floats to relax on the sand or in the water while enjoying the show. Onsite food trucks will be available from 2–7 p.m. each evening and a full bar will be available from 2–8 p.m. Additional weekend highlights include Movies on the Beach at dusk on Friday and Saturday, featuring family-friendly films.
