Banana Tapes is an independent record label and physical media distributor based out of Nashville, Tennessee. While the primary focus of the label is centered around cassettes, we are also able to produce high quality CDs and Vinyls (45's and 7"). We attempt to function as a DIY "all in one" for artists; a place they can go to get cheap merch, good promotion, and local booking. Every year on the first full moon of the second lunar month, the village of Kathmandu in Nepal gather to celebrate Aama Ko Mukh Herne Din which translates to, “A Day To Look At Mother’s Face”.

For many without a strong motherly bond, especially q***r folks, inward and communal connection is the only way to unlock the maternal ininstincts that are inherent to us all.

With the help of , .flowers, , , and , all those yearning for Mother’s warm embrace are welcome to join us tonight at .bk for a night of maternal music. Through intimate and intense sonic landscapes that seamlessly fill the void, we hope that one can come to understand what it takes to be your own Mom.

Just one week until our Mother’s Day show at .bk !! We’re thrilled to bring back to this stage to BE THEIR OWN MOM!!!

The group will be taking the stage in their duo format to pay tribute to their unholy mother through gnarled pop songs and eruptive full body prayer rituals. They recently celebrated their first full year in nyc & have already supported a number of choice artists with rumors of a full length album on the way.

Through their constant efforts to awaken the Flesh Eater in all their listeners, they hope to find the mother within through the loving touch of teeth (sinking into your own skin).

- single sided jcards cut & folded by hand
- label free shell (GB numbered them)
- normal-speed dub straight from lossless digital (never hi-speed)

keeping it minimal cuts costs and allows you to be as creative as you want once you receive them, tho we are ALways down to bring your wildest dreams to life on our end as well 🍌🧚 [see ‘s OMNI]
