Forgive the real photos here. This is one crowded half of my kitchen (first photo) the night before we “demo” as they say—a lot, especially the other half of the room—(second photo).
I had to move one side of the room to the other side, thus the clutter. I adore this huge kitchen—know it like freckles on my hand. After a long food editor career —this is the kitchen where I’ve finally had a minute to entertain my friends and family, had a minute to serve newly developed work recipes…where I’ve gotten to prepare meals for my dear elderly parents. It is where I’ve built my cooking credibility and confidence as well as nourished my own cooking soul
history buffs, do not despair, we are only making the kitchen better—adding extra ovens, gorgeous marble counters, new freezer drawers, more.
Thanks to for the design advice. I am keeping my beloved and other details. I’ve added a new giant teaching table by And, I’m finally manifesting the cooking show I’ve never had time to create or accept. Watch this space—there will be curated workshops and classes by many of my friends. I can not wait to share all the friends who will be cooking and teaching here. .
