🍓 Recipe of the Month: Grilled Angel Food Cake with Strawberries 🍓

Summer just got sweeter! This month’s featured recipe is a light and flavorful treat that comes together in just 15 minutes. Fresh strawberries, a touch of balsamic, and buttery grilled angel food cake make the perfect warm-weather dessert.

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 5 min
Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

2 tsp sugar

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

8 slices angel food cake

Optional: Reduced-fat vanilla ice cream & blueberry syrup

Directions:
Toss strawberries with sugar. Mix butter and vinegar, then brush over cake slices. Grill cake on a greased rack over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Serve with strawberries—and don’t forget the ice cream if you’re feeling fancy!

We loved seeing everyone at our latest Neighbors Night Out at in Greenwood!

Our Stroll Center Grove crew brought their A-game to the escape rooms—cracking codes, hunting for clues, and having an absolute blast along the way. The rooms were fun, fast-paced, and just the right level of challenging. There were plenty of laughs, “we got this” moments!
