It is with profound admiration and heartfelt congratulations that we celebrate Chief Rubink on achieving his Executive Certificate - after an inspiring four decades devoted to public service.

The Executive Certificate is the highest certificate issued by the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training.

This milestone is not only a personal achievement for Chief Rubink, but also a moment of pride for all the men and women who serve alongside him. His tireless commitment to professional excellence and leadership has set the standard within our department and throughout the broader community. For years, Chief Rubink’s example of integrity, perseverance, and care for both the public and his team has inspired those around him to reach higher and serve better. His latest accomplishment stands as a testament to a career built on learning, growth, and unwavering dedication.

The respect and admiration felt by his team are immeasurable, and we are proud to share in the celebration of his success. New Idaho license plates are hittin' the streets!

Four new designs are now available. From vintage green and white, to FINALLY a black plate!!

It's hard to beat the ol red white and blue, but these new choices are pretty sweet. Anyone see them in the wild yet?
