2026 is set to be a massive year for LEGO Ninjago as it celebrates its 15th anniversary, and LEGO have officially unveiled one of its biggest playsets yet, 71861 Old Town which will be released on 1 January 2026.

This 4,851-piece behemoth comes with a whopping 23 minifigures, including 7 of the original ninja plus, special 15th anniversary collectible minifigures, Young Wu, Young Garmadon, and most excitingly, the First Spinjitzu Master.

I also think it's priced really well. A 4,800-piece set that's packed with minifigures coming in at US$300 / AU$500 / £270 represents incredible value that you don't expect to see with a 2026 LEGO Ninjago set.

Bricklink Designer Program Series 1 and 2 sets to restock (in limited numbers) for Australia, New Zealand and Japan next week!
