Here's how pastors get to skip the hardest part about building a coaching business.
Contrary to popular belief, the hardest part isn't the offer or building a funnel. In fact, the hardest part about building a coaching business isn't even the content.
The hardest part about running a profitable coaching business is earning trust.
Most coaches invest years of posting, showing up and proving that they're credible before anyone is willing to hand them money.
Pastors have already done that.
When a pastor decides to launch a coaching business, they're not doing so in a vacuum. They're doing this after years of teaching every weekend. It comes after hundreds, if not thousands of repetitions in learning how to structure a teaching that leads someone from confusion to clarity.
It comes after late night phone calls. Hospital visits. Sitting across from someone in the worst season of their life and helping them find their way out.
It comes after building small groups out of strangers who now call each other family.
In other words, most pastors have already been running a "coaching business" for free for years.
This is why my students are able to launch brand new programs in as little as a week with just 900 followers and generate $5,000 without running a single ad.
The trust was already there, it just never had anywhere to go.
If you're thinking about running a coaching program and would like some help, I'm opening up a few slots on my schedule for free implementation calls.
Just reach out if that's you.
