Pinkbike just published an article today that I feel every mountain biker should read as a gut check to where the sport is in regards to inclusion.
I’ve said many times, when you start to actually talk one-on-one with women in this sport, the stories that they sometimes share with can be absolutely shocking. In 2023, you would think that we would be behind this, but unfortunately there is still a lot of education and work to be done. And this is JUST in regards to how women feel, there are many other issues this community could be much better at.
