Raes Tea Hi I'm Rae 🙋🏻‍♀️ and I coach people on how to manage their ENERGY instead of their time. This way you can work ✨SMARTER✨not harder.

I saw the Michael Jackson movie recently and I reconnected deeply with my favourite part of myself— my inner child.

When I was a kid, I loved Michael Jackson because I could intuitively tell he created from a love of love, innocence, gratitude.

I explicitly remember watching ”Have you seen my childhood“ when I was 10 years old, and wondering, why adults talk about Michael Jackson like he is weird? a freak? Before I even knew what s*x was people kept reminding me that MJ was a pdf, a weirdo who cuts his face... but the same logic and reactionary energy wasn‘t applied to any other artist (all of which had questionable behaviour as we now know openly).

Isn’t it beautiful to want to see and create magic in our world? Why is romanticising life considered so strange?

I would cry and hold myself, and whisper ”I wish I could give Michael a hug and tell him, they‘re wrong“

As an adult, I understand that the reaction in me at that age meant so much more than a parasocial fan-relationship with Michael.

I felt like the kid who had to grow up too fast. I felt the environment around me that asked for relentless seriousness was violent, that I couldn’t be my most whimsical self, lest people make fun of me and call me ”eccentric“

As an adult, I think about how there were hundreds of rich men with pl***oy houses, drugs and depravity in the era of MJ, and it wasn‘t them that were considered freaks.

The previous generation felt so f*cking threatened by whimsy: an amusement park, a monkey, a love for childish joy... that they labelled Michael Jackson a PDF while they dedicated their lives to lining the pockets of real demonic PDFs praying on the innocence of children.

It’s 2026 and I‘m the adult now. And I will not define my adulthood based on the ”normal“ of this old world. It makes me sick. I am an early flower of a new way of being.

I am a child of Michael Jackson, and all the other innocent dreamers that came before him.

F’‘ck all a that, respectfully.

Michael Jackson made me feel so seen growing up because just like him I never wanted any part in the adulthood they were selling me. I always knew that if reality meant being a jaded miserable unempathetic drunk living for shareholder value and cheap pleasure, then I’d rather be delusional.

swedish nostalgia pop, shaking ass, and fresh food.

I’m becoming my hottest, most relaxed, most powerful self. This time next year, I’ll be a big creator organising the New Earth with my community from the beach. In the morning I hold communion with myself, and in the afternoon I pour love into the collective. At night, I let myself be held by my romance and lean into being a goddess.

As I sit in the crysallis decomposing, regenerating, rewiring my tired trauma impressed body

The most important thing to me is my Nervous System. And I do a lot for it.

Yes, yoga, meditation, sound baths alla dat.

But tbh those things are negotiable for me. I enjoy them and feel their benefits all the time, but it’s an extra investment.

The most effective things I do to regulate my nervous system are:

1. DEVOTIONAL RISINGS - Every morning I devote an hour to pouring love into myself before I do anything on a device. I brush my hair while I take deep slow breaths, I get ready and take myself in, I do face masks, I adorn jewellery.

2. DANCE - I dance every morning to remind myself I am fun, young, and powerful. While I dance, I strike calisthenic poses and sometimes stick out my tongue like Kali. I make noises and say out loud: I AM WILD, I AM MOTHER, I AM POWER. I also lost 20 pounds by accident doing this.

3. GO OUTSIDE - I still get triggered and feel to cry and ruin my own day almost every day. In the past, I would let this happen, and give myself comfort out of pity. Now, if I feel this pattern, I go outside IMMEDIATELY without question stretch out and commune with my trees. Don’t trust s**t that happens indoors.

4. PUNCHING PILLOWS - I have ancestral rage. So much rage. I should probably start boxing but for now, my pillows are taking it like a champ. Using my fists have actually helped me move from helpless to empowered by fire.

Regulation will never be something that costs money or is inaccessible to you. Shake your ass babe. Bite something. Shake under the sky!

The modern world doesn’t create life threatening situations,
but life threatening delusions.
None of us can tell what we really want and need
Because the sound of what we *don’t want *is too loud.
For the passed couple of weeks I’ve been dealing with the feeling of being stuck.
Like I am trapped inside of decisions I made myself, an old me that no longer fit.
Viewing the old/current self felt overwhelming and all consuming,
How could she get herself out of this mess?
The gap is so wide! SO WIDE! I cry.
And the cry is so loud...
So loud that it vibrates through my whole body.
So loud that I can’t tell what my body is asking for.
I can’t read my gut
my intuition.
I am a lone maroon on a boat in the middle of the sea, being shaken, rocked and stirred to my core.
Alas the only way forward, dear reader, is through.
Step by step you calm the distraction, you listen.
Listen passed the waves of emotion, uncertainty and fear.
And you notice what you already know. You notice who you became.
You notice you can navigate your way home.
The only way out is through.
The only way though is to embrace NOW.
Embrace who you are, embrace where you are, embrace who you were,
and then navigate.
You are in the driver’s seat.

What’s happening is that you are fully aware that you want to change but not admitting it out loud.

You’re right about everything. Now do it 🙂‍↕️

They call us the anxious generation
And at first that made me feel very seen and angry
But beyond the surface it showed me something
Awareness
We are so aware.
We know who we want to be and what it looks like
We know what our environment expects and we can see ourselves failing at it
We are so aware... but disconnected
It’s like we are observing from the outside
Cursing the world as it manifests from the outside
This advice sounds so stupidly simple but
Start living the life you say you want
that’s the first step.
Ignore EVERYTHING that is wrong
And do what feels right for you in every present moment
That’s how WE discover our lives
