Student Volunteer Program provides students with an avenue to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of esports while cultivating transferable skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication. Participants may contribute to tournament operations, broadcasting and media production, marketing and community engagement, or technical support, with each role offering structured training and mentorship to ensure effective ex*****on. The program is designed not only to strengthen student involvement in the esports ecosystem but also to expose them to potential career pathways within gaming, media, and event management industries. In recognition of their contributions, volunteers receive certificates, practical experience, and networking opportunities that enhance their professional portfolios, with the overall process encompassing recruitment, orientation and training, event deployment, and post-event evaluation with performance-based recognition.
Program Flow
Application & Screening – Interested students apply and undergo a short interview/orientation.
Training Workshops – Volunteers receive basic training in their chosen area (operations, media, marketing, tech).
Event Deployment – Volunteers are assigned roles during actual esports tournaments.
Evaluation & Recognition – After the event, performance is evaluated, and top volunteers are recognized with awards.
