Good morning, Reclaimed Woman! ☀️
I just want to remind you this morning that you are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to have a Saturday that is not centered around fixing, carrying, managing, solving, producing, or holding everything together for everyone else.
I know so many women are tired right now.
Not just physically tired.
But soul tired.
Tired of constantly thinking.
Tired of carrying invisible pressure.
Tired of being strong all the time.
Tired of pouring from places that haven’t fully been replenished.
And sometimes we don’t even realize how disconnected we’ve become from ourselves until we finally sit still long enough to feel it.
So before this day gets busy…
before the errands…
before the laundry…
before the responsibilities…
Take a moment and come back to yourself.
Open the blinds.
Let the light in.
Drink your coffee slowly.
Sit with God.
Breathe deeply.
Put your hand on your heart if you need to.
And remember:
You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to justify your peace.
And you do not have to carry the entire world to prove your worth.
A reclaimed life is not only built in the big breakthrough moments.
It is also built in the quiet decision to finally care for yourself with the same tenderness you give everyone else.
I pray today feels softer for you.
Lighter for you.
More honest for you.
And I hope somewhere this weekend, you hear your own soul again. 👑
