Slug-Boy™ is the story of high-school student Theseus "Ted" Thermopolis, who doesn't know where his powers come from, only that everybody wants them. Ted can manipulate matter at will — and sometimes even when he doesn't mean to. Also, his mom has a thing for gods, demons and other big-league celestial players, and brings home a different blind date every week. When you're Ted, it's a good thing you can literally change the world around you.

I guess there's some burgeoning interest in Slug-Boy™, since Facebook tells me this is so. The plan as of now is to introduce Slug-Boy with an eight-page preview in the upcoming Zombie Dave No. 4 (which has a complete script, and preview script is about 90 percent completed). Shooting to have that done by October, but no promises. I WILL promise to put up some Slug-Boy sketches soon.
