I’m BACK mothertruckers! That 50th Vegas trip was fun! Party bus, morning brunch with the whole crew, and then we the casino to watch some college football at Circa! We rented out a whole spot with food and drinks and gambled a little here and there.
But that was in November and I had been slacking up until a little over a month ago.
Back on carnivore and shedding the weight!
Starting weight: 210lbs
Present weight: 193lbs
Goal weight: 175lbs
If you haven’t tried it, give carnivore a decent try. Go at least 21 days. You’ll feel like s**t maybe the first 10-14 days but after that it’ll be easier. Below is what I eat, anytime, day or night, usually.
Breakfast:
A s**t ton of bacon
4-6 eggs scrambled (or over easy) with cheese cooked in a little bacon grease
Lunch (or whenever I’m hungry)
Steak! Ribeye!
Get your ass to Costco or Sam’s and get yourself a rib roll and cut your own steaks. Mine are usually 1.5–2 in thick and it’s cheaper.
Dinner
Another steak!!!
You can sub with smash burgers so buy the large roll of ground beef and make a ton of patties.
If you get tired of steak (you won’t), eat some chicken or salmon. Relatively anything that’s protein. If you go out to dinner, order a steak or salmon. Give your sides to your family or don’t order them at all.
It can be done. This is my second time on it and I’m not counting the days. I just know it was sometime in late May or early June. I’ve made it a lifestyle of eating differently.
