I’m BACK mothertruckers! That 50th Vegas trip was fun! Party bus, morning brunch with the whole crew, and then we the casino to watch some college football at Circa! We rented out a whole spot with food and drinks and gambled a little here and there.

But that was in November and I had been slacking up until a little over a month ago.

Back on carnivore and shedding the weight!

Starting weight: 210lbs
Present weight: 193lbs
Goal weight: 175lbs

If you haven’t tried it, give carnivore a decent try. Go at least 21 days. You’ll feel like s**t maybe the first 10-14 days but after that it’ll be easier. Below is what I eat, anytime, day or night, usually.

Breakfast:
A s**t ton of bacon
4-6 eggs scrambled (or over easy) with cheese cooked in a little bacon grease

Lunch (or whenever I’m hungry)
Steak! Ribeye!
Get your ass to Costco or Sam’s and get yourself a rib roll and cut your own steaks. Mine are usually 1.5–2 in thick and it’s cheaper.

Dinner
Another steak!!!

You can sub with smash burgers so buy the large roll of ground beef and make a ton of patties.

If you get tired of steak (you won’t), eat some chicken or salmon. Relatively anything that’s protein. If you go out to dinner, order a steak or salmon. Give your sides to your family or don’t order them at all.

It can be done. This is my second time on it and I’m not counting the days. I just know it was sometime in late May or early June. I’ve made it a lifestyle of eating differently.

After beating the body up during the week with daily 5 am workouts that consist of 40 min cardio sessions, 45-60 min lift sessions and 2.5 mile hikes, I look forward to Saturdays and getting rejuvenated with IV (B12 & B complex) and compression therapy! By the way I hit 192lbs this week from 209 lbs. Almost at goal.

Progress takes patience, persistence and perseverance.

From 209lbs (June 28) to 195lbs (August 17th) . Still got a ways to go but I’ll get there! Shooting for 180-185lbs by November 5th.

I think it’ll be lower to be honest!

Hey hey everybody! Happy Friday! Feeling great, other than the toothache.

Today is 28 days on the carnivore diet. Down 12 lbs and leaning out.

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel towards hitting my goal.

It’s tough at first because your body is weaning of the sugar. It took me about 15 days to feel good but since then I’m feeling great.

My blood sugar levels are way down too! I was also over 120 mg/dl prior to starting carnivore and on jardiance to manage it. Today I’m avg 102 mg/dl for the past 7 days and 104 for the last 14 days, and 107 for last 30 days.

Other than getting in through best shape of my life before I turn 50, I want to get off the damn meds.

It took a lot for me to post the before and after pic but here it is.

It’s worth a try in my opinion. Comment if you have questions.

Hey hey still here and banging it out. I’m just a hair under 200lbs. Staying consistent with the workouts. Just need to cleanup my eating to see more weight fall off. It’s hard for a foodie especially with back to back weekends of smoking brisket and cleaning the blackstone for some Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, burgers and dogs!!!

Hey hey! I’m still here and I’m still grinding! Getting ready for my annual golf trip so I’ve been lifting less and doing my stretches and golf movement exercises. Cardio is still at 40 mins and most workouts are about 45-50 mins in length. The other change in the workouts is that I’ve cut the sets from 4 to 3 so I can incorporate 100 jump ropes in between each set which is about 1200 in total.

The juicing has siezed for the most part. the only one I’m still making is the ginger shot and I take one every day with my first meal. If you need the recipe let me know.
