First dinner in the trailer! We have had a "trial run" in our garage as we are not allowed in our house for 4 days because of the work and chemicals they are using.
*Fun fact, I don't like silverware cutlery. I don't like metal in my mouth. I tolerate it, but I'm thinking about bringing my own to restaurants now in my bag. I don't eat meat so I never need a real knife anyway.
I refused metal braces (thank human for Invisalign in college), so I'm actually thrilled about finding this dinnerware set that is made of wheatgrass. And guess what, in seafoam green that matches our trailer of course! We don't use plastic straws anymore and I can't stand the metal ones, so of course I was on the hunt for the perfect seafoam green silicone straw set and I found them! So cute.
Anyway, we made our first dinner last night in the trailer on our gas stove (we are used to electric in our house). We have a new set of stainless steel stackable pots and pans.
So another *fun fact, the smell of propane makes me sick/nauseous 🤢 Anyone else? Not that I do much cooking in the kitchen anyway, but I will have to step outside or open up all the windows when Andy is cooking. That was an eye opener this week changing to a gas stove. I've read that with my blood disease that I'm far more sensitively affected by my environment, like smells, gas, mold, anything like that makes me sick 🤢 or gives me migraines. Just a new discovery that totally makes sense with my track record.
