✈️We are Sharon & Joe. We love traveling now that our kids are grown and sharing our favorite destinations and travel tips with you!

🌴Our favorite destination is St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

🥾We also like exploring new places and checking off our bucket list! Dog sledding in Canada and sleeping next to a Wolf Pack was one of the coolest experiences we’ve had ever had!

🦈We love snorkeling, but I (Sharon) will admit, I’m scared to death of seeing a shark. I always make Joe jump in 1st to see if there are any nearby before I get in! 😂

🎁We don’t give each other presents on birthdays, Christmas, or Anniversaries. We would rather spend money going away even if it’s only for a night or weekend.

Save this list for your next trip to ST. John, U.S. Virgin Islands!

It’s no secret that Saint John is my favorite Caribbean Island! I’ve been so many times and never get tired of visiting this little island paradise! Here are a few of my favorite things to do ⬇️

1. Rent a paddle board at Maho beach. The water is usually very calm and crystal clear. You’ll see Sea Turtles, Fish, and Stingrays.

2.Horseback Riding at Carolina Corral. If you book the last spot of the day, you will get to see a beautiful sunset on the beach during your ride. Dana will take your pictures and send them to you.

3. Visit Ruins of an 18th-century sugar planation, including a windmill tower & factory, with ocean views at Annaberg Sugar Plantation

4. Night Kayaking was a lot of fun. You’ll see huge tarpon swimming under and around your clear lighted kayak. Book through Cruz Bay Watersports. The night kayaking takes place at The Westin St. John Resort Villas. (You do not have to stay there to go on this tour)

5. Sunset Sail is a romantic way to end the perfect day on St. John. The cotton candy colored sky at sunset is so beautiful!!! You’ll be served light hors d’oeuvre and open bar during the sail. Book through Cruz Bay Watersports and sunset sail takes place at The Westin St. John Resort Villas.
