What is QiGong and how does it work?
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine

It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.
In most forms of gigong:
• Breath is slow, long, and deep. Breath patterns may switch from abdominal breathing to breathing combined with speech sounds.
• Movements are typically gentle and smooth, aimed for relaxation, improving balance and reducing dis -ease in the body.
• Mind regulation or mindfulness includes focusing one’s attention and visualization.

Dynamic qigong techniques primarily focus on body movements or forms especially movements of the whole body accompanied by breath work.

Zero Point - stillness - clarity - calm - power

That is the beauty of QiGong

Food for Thought…

Find your Zero Point…

In space, the universe, there are points that are free of gravitacional pull where it is possible to stay in the same spot without exerting any effort… without expending any energy… retaining Qi…

Within our own space… zero point is a place where we are still and peaceful… in a state of consciousness and awareness that is free of distortions or ego based fears, doubts, judgements, or societal programmings… in this space is peace, harmony, and wisdom…

A place where we don’t leak any Qi needlessly…

It is from this space that observation becomes honest and enlightening…

Some would say your zero point is your place where your enlightenment may begin…

The idea of a zero point, whether in the vastness of space or within our own consciousness, is an expansive and powerful concept… there is much more to the concept than can be expressed In these few meager Words…

In the universe… this zero point represents a location where gravitational forces balance out, allowing an object to remain motionless relative to the cosmos without expending energy….

It’s often considered a point of complete stillness… a state of perfect neutrality amidst the chaos of surrounding energies…

Within ourselves… zero point can be understood as a tranquil space of stillness and peace…

It is a place where the mind is free from distortions… free from fears, doubts, judgments, and societal conditioning…

This inner zero point is a foundation of pure awareness, where one can observe without attachment or bias, fostering clarity, insight, and wisdom…

When we access this space, we're able to see things more honestly, beyond the veil of ego and mental noise, allowing true understanding to surface…

Many spiritual traditions suggest that awakening begins at this zero point…

It’s here that enlightenment can germinate and grow… like a silent pond reflecting the true nature of reality…

From this centered space, we can approach life with compassion, patience, and authenticity…

The zero point is not just a passive state… it’s a dynamic hub of potential energy, a source from which all growth, creativity, and insight emerge…

In essence, the zero point functions as the anchor of our being… our point of origin for genuine presence and conscious awareness…

Recognizing and cultivating this inner space can lead us to a deeper connection with ourselves and the universe, illuminating the path toward true harmony and enlightenment…
