গত ১৯ মে ২০২৬ ইং তারিখে গণমাধ্যমে পরিচালক রাইসুল ইসলাম অনিক সাদামাটা এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট প্রযোজিত 'চারুলতা' এবং 'ঢাকা ১২০৫' চলচ্চিত্র নিয়ে যে মিথ্যা, বানোয়াট ও প্রতারণামূলক বিবৃতি দিয়েছেন তার বিপরীতে আমাদের বক্তব্য।
১. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রের শুটিং শেষ হয়েছে।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: আমাদের কাছে যে পাণ্ডুলিপি (স্ক্রিপ্ট) দিয়েছেন, আমাদের বরাবর ক্ষমা এবং অব্যাহতি চেয়ে যে লিখিত আবেদন জানিয়েছেন ও শিল্পী-কলাকুশলী মারফত যা জানতে পেরেছি তা হলো; এখনো চলচ্চিত্রটির শুটিং পুরোপুরি শেষ হয়নি।
২. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রের এডিটিং (সম্পাদনা) শেষ হয়েছে।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: যে সিনেমার শুটিংই এখনো শেষ হয়নি সেটির এডিটিং (সম্পাদনা) কিভাবে শেষ হয়! বাস্তবতা হচ্ছে যতটুকু শুটিং শেষ হয়েছে, সেটি দেখার জন্য একটি ড্রাফট (প্রিভিউ কপি) করে আমাদের কাছে তিনি পাঠিয়েছেন। যা অসম্পূর্ণ এবং একটি পূর্নাঙ্গ চলচ্চিত্র হিসেবে কোনভাবেই গণ্য করা যায় না, এটি মুক্তি দিতে চাইলে অবশ্যই আরো বেশ কিছু অংশ শুট করেই মুক্তি দিতে হবে।
৩. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রের ডাবিং ৭০-৮০ শতাংশ শেষ হয়েছে।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: সিনেমার নায়ক নায়িকাসহ কেন্দ্রীয় চরিত্রগুলোর ডাবিং পুরোপুরি বাকি। এখন পর্যন্ত সহশিল্পীদের মাত্র ৪/৫ জনের ডাবিং আংশিক সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এছাড়াও অন্যান্য সহশিল্পীদের ডাবিং পুরোপুরিই বাকি রয়েছে।
৪. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রটির নাম পরিবর্তন করে আমরা 'ঢাকা ১২০৫' নাম দিয়েছি।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: 'চারুলতা' এবং 'ঢাকা ১২০৫' চলচ্চিত্র দুটি সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা সিনেমা। তবে সিনেমা দুটিতে কয়েকটি চরিত্রে কমন অভিনয় শিল্পী রয়েছেন। তাছাড়া চলচ্চিত্র পরিচালক সমিতি, প্রযোজক সমিতি সহ সকল জায়গায় দুটি চলচ্চিত্রই আলাদা আলাদাভাবে নিবন্ধিত। তার এই বানোয়াট বক্তব্যের কারণে আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা তৈরি হয়েছে।
৫. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রের জন্য আমরা মাত্র এগারো লক্ষ টাকা তাকে দিয়েছি এবং সে নিজের পকেট থেকেও আরো অনেক টাকা যোগ করেছেন।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রের জন্য আমরা তার বক্তব্যে উল্লেখিত অর্থের থেকেও কয়েকগুণ বেশি টাকা তাকে প্রদান করেছি, যার সকল ডকুমেন্টস আমাদের কাছে রয়েছে। তবুও সে শিল্পী-কলাকুশলীদের ২/১ জন বাদে কাউকেই কোন সম্মানী-পারিশ্রমিক প্রদান করেনি মর্মে আমাদের কাছে অভিযোগ রয়েছে যা ইতোমধ্যে সে মৌখিকভাবে স্বীকার করার পাশাপাশি লিখিতভাবেও স্বীকার করেছেন।
৬. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রটি আমরা বন্ধ করেছি।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: আমরা কোথাও ঘোষণা করিনি 'চারুলতা' চলচ্চিত্রটি বন্ধ করেছি। বাস্তবতা হচ্ছে আমরা এখনও তার সাথে সমঝোতায় গিয়ে চারুলতা চলচ্চিত্রটি শেষ করার চেষ্টায় রয়েছি। কিন্তু দুঃখের সাথে জানাচ্ছি; তিনি বিভিন্ন অজুহাত দেখিয়ে এখন পর্যন্ত আমাদের সাথে কোন সমঝোতায় আসেন নি। বরং গণমাধ্যমে মিথ্যা তথ্য দিয়ে কালক্ষেপণ করছেন।
৭. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: আমরা তার সাথে কোন কথা বলিনি বা যোগাযোগ করিনি।
আমাদের বক্তব্য: তার অপারগতার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আমরা ইতোমধ্যে কয়েকদফা সময় এবং অর্থ বরাদ্দ বৃদ্ধি করেছি। এবং এটির একটি সঠিক ও সুন্দর সমাধানের জন্য তাকে ফোনে, মেসেজে, মেইলে, তার পরিবারের মাধ্যমে, এমনকি চলচ্চিত্র পরিচালক সমিতির মাধ্যমেও এটির সমাধানের কথা জানিয়েছি ও চেষ্টা করেছি। যার সকল প্রমাণাদি আমাদের কাছে সংরক্ষিত আছে।
৮. তিনি দাবি করেছেন: তিনি এই চলচ্চিত্রের সাথে আর জড়িত না থাকলেও কো-অর্ডিনেট করে শেষ করে দিবেন।
আমাদের বক্তব্য:
তার এই দাবিটি সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা। তিনি লিখিতভাবে অব্যাহতি চেয়েছেন এবং আমাদের কোনপ্রকার সহযোগিতা করেননি। তার নানান রকম আর্থিক কেলেংকারি ও পাওনা টাকা না দেওয়ায় অভিনয় শিল্পীরা ডাবিং দিতেও অস্বীকার করেছেন। তাকে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা দেবার পরও আমাদের এরকম লজ্জাজনক পরিস্থিতিতে পড়তে হয়েছে। আমাদের এত দিনের সুনাম তার কারণে ক্ষুন্ন হয়েছে।
সর্বোপরি তার বিষয়ে আমাদের বক্তব্য হচ্ছে;
১. তিনি আমাদের কাছ থেকে চুক্তি অনুযায়ী টাকার পরিমাণ থেকে বেশি টাকা নিয়েও আমাদেরকে চলচ্চিত্রটি বুঝিয়ে দেননি। এমনকি শিল্পী-কলাকুশলীদেরও সম্মানী বকেয়া রেখে প্রতারণা, অর্থ আত্মসাত এবং মানহানী করেছেন। যা মামলার জন্য প্রক্রিয়াধীন রয়েছে।
২. তিনি মিথ্যা মালিকানা দাবি করে তার পরিচালিত 'ইতি চিত্রা' নামক চলচ্চিত্র আমাদের কাছে বিক্রি করে প্রতারণা এবং অর্থ আত্মসাত করেছেন। যা আমরা সিনেমাটি ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে মুক্তির পর জানতে পেরেছি। উক্ত বিষয়টিও মামলার জন্য প্রক্রিয়াধীন রয়েছে।
সংযুক্তি: তার ক্ষমা এবং অব্যাহতি চেয়ে লিখিত আবেদনের কপি।

In response to the false, fabricated, and misleading statements made by Director Mr. Raisul Islam Anik in the media on 19 May 2026 regarding the films “Charulata” and “Dhaka 1205” produced by SHADAMATA Entertainment, we would like to present our official statement as follows:
1. His Claim: The shooting of the film “Charulata” has been completed.
Our Statement: According to the script submitted to us, his written apology and application seeking release, and information received from artists and crew members, the shooting of the film has not yet been completed in full.
2. His Claim: The editing of “Charulata” has been completed.
Our Statement: How can editing be completed when the shooting itself is not finished? In reality, he provided us with a draft (preview copy) of the footage shot so far. It is incomplete and cannot be considered a full-length feature film. To release it, several additional portions must still be filmed.
3. His Claim: 70–80% of the dubbing of “Charulata” has been completed.
Our Statement: The dubbing of the lead actors and central characters remains entirely pending. So far, only 4–5 supporting artists have partially completed their dubbing. The remaining supporting artists’ dubbing is still pending.
4. His Claim: We changed the name of “Charulata” to “Dhaka 1205.”
Our Statement: “Charulata” and “Dhaka 1205” are two completely separate films. Although some artists appear in both projects, the films are independently registered with the Film Directors’ Association, Producers’ Association, and other relevant authorities. His false statement has created potential business losses for us.
5. His Claim: We paid him only BDT 1.1 million (Eleven Lakh Taka) for “Charulata,” and he invested additional money from his own pocket.
Our Statement: We have paid him several times more than the amount he publicly mentioned, and we possess complete documentation of all payments. Despite this, except for 1–2 individuals, he failed to pay the honorarium to the artists and crew members. This matter has been acknowledged by him both verbally and in writing.
6. His Claim: We have shut down the film “Charulata.”
Our Statement: We have never officially announced the closure of “Charulata.” On the contrary, we have continuously attempted to reach a mutual understanding with him to complete the film. Unfortunately, he has avoided resolution by making excuses and spreading false information in the media.
7. His Claim: We never communicated with him.
Our Statement: After his repeated inability to complete the project, we extended deadlines and increased financial allocations multiple times. We attempted to resolve the matter through phone calls, messages, emails, his family members, and even through the Film Directors’ Association. All evidence of these efforts is properly documented and preserved.
8. His Claim: Even if he is no longer involved, he will coordinate to complete the film.
Our Statement: This claim is entirely false. He has formally sought release from the project in writing and has provided no cooperation whatsoever. Due to his financial irregularities and unpaid dues, several artists have refused to complete dubbing. Despite receiving full payment, we have been placed in this embarrassing situation, and our long-standing reputation has been damaged as a result.
Furthermore, our final position regarding him is as follows:
1. Despite receiving more than the agreed contractual amount, he has failed to deliver the completed film. He has also left artists and crew members unpaid, thereby committing financial misconduct, misappropriation, and defamation. Legal proceedings in this regard are currently in process.
2. He fraudulently sold us the film titled “Eti Chitra,” falsely claiming ownership rights. We became aware of this deception only after its digital release. Legal action regarding this matter is also underway.
