“This song is a little self-portrait. Not the kind you paint to be pretty, but the kind that’s honest, raw brushstrokes of light and shadow. A mix out of the past and now.

It started when someone asked me, “How does it feel to be loved by you?”, and I didn’t have the words, because that also changed with time and experiences. So, I wrote them down.”
