I will forever scream to the rooftops that you should continue to work out throughout pregnancy!! Not only does it help with your pregnancy, labor, and delivery, but the “bounce back” is easier as well!!

Never thought I’d have to convince a kid to like toys so much 🫣 Twas a MORNING (and this was all before 8am lol)!! And trust me, don’t even get my started on why I picked squeaky toys for the dogs because i dont know either and I’m overstimulated too… 🎅🏼🥱
