Every now and then, a project comes along that reminds me exactly why I chose this path.⁠

For the past four months, my team at Drea & Co has had the honor of producing impact interviews, videography and marketing assets for Run With Wine. Run With Wine is an Indianapolis based nonprofit, focused on empowering women survivors and their communities through education and access to holistic wellness therapies, movement and plant based healing. ⁠
⁠
It has been such an inspiring and fulfilling project with their founder as well as their team, community and survivors. ⁠
⁠
The visuals we created were stunning - but this project was about much more than hitting deliverables. It was about building trust, solving problems and showing up with creativity and care.⁠
⁠
We pride ourselves on doing work that matters. Not just for the portfolio, but for the people behind the brand. When our values align with a client’s mission, that’s where the magic really happens.⁠

WIP (Work In Progress). As of today I am T Minus 48 hours from taking a landscape photography course in Yosemite Valley. I’m excited and nervous. Extremely grateful to get into the mountains and explore nature. But hurriedly trying to finish up last minute projects and tasks…and a bit overwhelmed by life’s curveballs.

This week, I saw a post by that reminded me to prioritize life’s joys TODAY! Relationships, fun, travel, family, health, discovery. The stuff that really matters. I think that’s what todays lil slide show reminds me of. That we are a work in progress, and all of the things (career, accomplishments) will continue to ebb and flow as we grow ❤️

Anywho, just sharing! Later 🫶🏾

PS - if you don’t have any weekend plans, come join us at for movie night and a nature walk! I am a proud board member, and I would love for you all to tap in. We have a ton of free family events every month and the vibes are always A1 👌🏾

“Okay, so nine black girls walk into a rooftop bar and played Mafia” 😩😂 shoutout to and for hosting an awesome Run, Wine and Align Retreat!

I am so grateful for the opportunity to unplug and connect with new people AND focus on wellness and movement 🏃🏾‍♀️

A few highlights!

🍷 Swipe for the last pic 😌
🍷The tasting at was excellent! Chaos Theory was 🤌🏾 and if you’re nice they give you extra Ginger Snaps 👀
🍷 When in Napa, you must grab dinner or brunch (if you can get a rezy) at Lil Sista’s Goodies - the food made me wanna slap somebody!
🍷 I could have a sparkling wine lunch in the sun everyday at the ambiance and the bubbly we’re a 10 out of 10
🍷 Capping off the week with the Napa Valley Marathon 5k was such a good feeling! Thank you for pushing us and for such a cool book - Running While Black 👟
🦅 I also got some GREAT birding in - I can share my list of sightings if anyone is interested 🤓
