🎭✨ What an incredible evening celebrating the magic of Broadway! We could have danced all night with Amy Manford, Josh Piterman and Jessica Gethin - Conductor as they performed our favourites from West Side Story, Evita, Les Mis, Phantom (of course) and so many more.

Looking forward to three more spellbinding performances. There's nothing quite like hearing these incredible works performed live with a full orchestra! 🎺

What we see on the outside is rarely what’s going on on the inside. So often there’s the version of ourselves we present and project in order to seem enough! ‘Body Dysmorphia’ and subsequent bulimia is one of the many themes I openly discuss in the Behind The Mask book 📖. It’s been a life’s journey, as I know it is (silently) for many men. You’re not alone, there’s a path through it. A working IN rather than just ‘working out’ 💙 As i state in the book, “There’s no better teacher than our own suffering, if we choose to view it through a lens of learning” Thanks to & for sharing 🙏🏼
