A friend labeled me as such in high school and it’s been what my pals call me ever since. I’ve been in the radio business since 2008, where I cut my teeth on the best rock station on the planet – KSHE 95. First working in the promotions department and then in 2012 I began co-hosting the first version of 'The KSHE Morning Rock Show' with John Ulett. In 2020, I left the show to begin hosting my Afte

rnoon Drive program. ! As of April 17th, 2023 I have joined The Rizzuto Show on 105.7 The Point where I get to hang out with the #1 morning show in St. I still get to host the metal staple on KSHE, too – Monday Night Metal from 9-midnight. As far as my personal life, I am married to a man named Tim, whom I met at the radio station. Our first, Clover, who was homeless in Mascoutah, IL. My aunt found her living under her porch and then shortly became our roommate. Since 2020, our second cat, Willow, hitch-hiked all the way from Kentucky to find a forever home with us. In 2019 I joined a group of musicians to form our classic rock cover band, ‘Lane Narrows.’

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, cleaning, volunteering and dancing!

Thanks for listening to me over the years on both stations. I’m grateful to have what I have in this moment, but I’m mainly thankful for all the PEOPLE I’ve met, made memories with and the future we all have in front of us.

This framed note is a Christmas card my dad sent to me many years ago, and it rings true every year.

Take care of your family and community — it’s so important right now.

You may have seen the social posts already about this sweet man, but he was left in a KFC bathroom in St. Louis. He was starving and in need of immediate care. Luckily, Stray Rescue got to him in time and is doing so much better. He will be on a strict feeding plan to avoid refeeding syndrome, which can be fatal. They are getting him healthy right now and his suffering is over.
