Mister Gay Supreme Deaf International 2025 will be the 2nd edition of the Miss & Mister Supreme Deaf international pageant.

John Lester Belicano was appointed by Miss & Mister Deaf Philippines committees.
He is co-owner of KAPE SAYA and hail from Tanay, Rizal Province.

He will represent the Philippines at the Mister Gay Supreme Deaf International 2025 pageant, scheduled to be held at the Riverine Place Hotel and Residence, BANGKOK, THAILAND on November 05 to 09, 2025.
