You are the one I can’t live without 💛

Happy anniversary to the guy who’s been my #1 since we first became friends at 14.

I love you with every fiber of my being and am so grateful for you, your love, care, provision, protection, sarcasm, loyalty, constant real/true encouragement…

Your ability to always level me out. To point me toward the best choices. To support me.

I still remember the moment I realized I was in LOVE with you. Basketball shorts, sweatshirt, coziness and all. Thinking: “I do not want to do one day of my life without this guy.”

You amaze me. You’ve been through so much, yet have always stayed so strong. You are the most helpful, hands on partner. So caring of my (& Selah’s) needs. Always always always putting us first.

We get the very very very best of you. And I could not be more grateful. Happy 11 years. Truly, truly, truly, I just love you more as time goes on.

Thank you for loving me, for loving us, and for loving God. Because the more you love Him, the better you keep on lovin’ us — and it’s so easy to see 🥰

Happy 11 to the guy who it’s nearly impossible to pick 20 photos of us to share! 11 years married, 20 years my best friend.

I hope you know — and I’ll say it in person — just how much you are THE most important and special person in the world to us. You make us “us” 🥰

Processing out loud helps us hear what’s actually true.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It happens all the time. A client will hop on a coaching call and start talking and by the time we’re wrapping up, she feels totally different. I’ll ask, “How do you feel now?”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just this week, my client responded: “Like my shoulders have dropped.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had a moment like this yesterday, too. I was swirling in my head. I walked. Prayed. Journaled. But I just knew I needed to talk out loud.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I texted my husband a few things, and in his wisdom, he stepped outside and called me. By the end of our conversation I texted him: “I am so lucky to have you. I love you.” He was so supportive. He listened. He offered an encouraging perspective. He asked questions. He gave me space to process.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And this is exactly what I get to do, consistently, for my private coaching clients.
Listen. Ask questions to bring clarity. Hold space while the swirl settles.
We need people in our corner who will listen.
And while today my husband was that person for me, clients often tell me that coaching brings a relief to their relationships.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A woman might begin coaching after spending the past year in a funk, talking to her partner about it constantly. She may feel like it’s all she can think about, and it starts to cloud the relationship.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She’s tired of feeling like all she talks about is herself... and still not getting unstuck.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you have a coach, you have a dedicated space to process. To lay it all out–like dumping a pile of laundry on the bed–and then someone helps you sort, fold, and put it all away.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You walk away feeling lightyears clearer.
It’s scheduled. It’s consistent.
You know support is coming again.
You have in-between encouragement.
You’re not alone.
You’re processing, sorting, and moving forward, steadily.
That’s the gift of processing.
And it’s available to you in coaching–so that you can live with more clarity, joy, and presence… and feel more whole.

One of my favorite stories is about a client who found me online while she was searching for help redoing her wardrobe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That search led her to a blog post and podcast episode where I had shared about redoing my wardrobe years ago…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And through that, she was introduced to Christian coaching – something she hadn’t even considered before.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She just knew she’d been feeling off. Like she was carrying a weight she couldn’t name. Disconnected from herself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At the time, she really wanted to feel like herself again. She wanted out of the stuck-ness.
She wanted to let go of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.
She was a mom, and felt like she had lost touch with the woman she used to be.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Her husband actually encouraged her to reach out and invest in herself. He could tell she wasn’t feeling like herself, and he wanted to help support her.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She stepped out in faith. Even though she wasn’t sure she should invest in herself… she did it anyway.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And looking back, she says it was the exact step of faith she needed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Through Christ-centered coaching, she now describes her days like this:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“I am living with a deep sense of peace and joy. When challenges come, I feel strengthened, equipped, and confident in who God created me to be. I am overflowing with gratitude.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Her encouragement to you – especially if you feel like she once did, buried under a weight you can’t name and unsure of where to start – is this:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Paige is a gifted coach with a heart rooted in faith. No matter what season of life you’re in, I believe she can be a powerful and supportive resource on your journey to growth, clarity, and wholeness in Christ.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just opened up a few spaces to coach with me 1:1 to help you live as the free woman you are in Christ. To come alongside you as an encourager and a support. You’re not alone and your growth, and it doesn’t have to feel as hard or daunting as it might feel right now. I’d like to show that to you. 🫶
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There’s a link in my bio to apply for one of these spaces.

This is the story of a mom, wife, and woman of God giving herself permission to change. To stop sitting under a weight I couldn’t name. To step into a new season of who I wanted to be.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A woman who longed to feel fully connected to her truest self in Christ.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I already felt like myself in so many ways. But there were still a few places–quiet, hidden places–where I hadn’t let myself become fully new. I wanted to experience lightness in every area. FULLY.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why are we so afraid to say yes to that? To “fully”? It’s amazing over here. God doesn’t do halfway healing. He finishes what He starts. And becoming fully myself in Him has been the most freeing thing I’ve ever done.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I made a decision. I got support. I moved forward. I invested in myself and started building a life that overflows with love, joy, kindness, and a real sense of thriving–in my life. Not in someone else’s.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I stopped staring at someone else’s grass and started tending to my own. I added the soil, the fertilizer, the water. I nurtured it. I planted seeds. And I let God be in charge of the growth.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s my rhythm now: I tend to what’s mine, and trust Him to produce the fruit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think a lot of us want THAT kind of contentment. Not someone else’s life. Not a Pinterest-perfect life… that just feels like pressure and deep down, we *know* that’s not where peace comes from.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We want to enjoy what we already have. The people, the homes, the life God’s already placed in front of us. We want joy. Peace. Thankfulness. Delight. Renewal–in mind, body, and spirit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We want to feel light again. We want to feel like our whole selves. And we can.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s what this journey has been for me. That’s what I’m living in RIGHT now–physical, mental, and spiritual lightness. And it is so good. Truly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And it’s what I want for you, too.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I left an opportunity for you in the comments if you want to join me and this be your story, too 🫶 (all it takes is giving yourself permission to say YES to creating your new story, too)

You don’t have to strive to become these things.

You already are because of Jesus.

Stop your scroll and sit with me for a second.

I want you to pause and let God speak to you.

Maybe today you’re thinking of all the things you wish you could be… more patient, more present, more kind, more loving.

But here’s what I want to park on:

You already ARE those things because of Jesus and His death on the cross.

You don’t have to strive to become them.

Okay, so you weren’t patient last night with your kids.
Okay!
Take it to God.
Ask Him for help.
Ask Him to reveal your heart to you.

A friend said to me this week, “What insults the mind reveals the heart.” Phew. 😮‍💨

So let’s take what offends our minds… to God.
And let’s accept our new identities in Him.

It’s not about pretending to be a patient, joyful woman until you become her.

It’s about learning why what Jesus did on the cross matters.

How it put you back into perfect relationship with a God who loves you, chose you, created you — and who delights in you.

It’s about really, really taking to heart that grace is a free gift.

There’s nothing you can do to earn it.

No striving. No checklist. No perfect record.
Just… receiving. Accepting. Resting in it.

Then and only then can we live freely and lightly.

Because we know we’re free to experience peace, joy, love, and deep relationship with the God who calls us His own.

Then, and only then, can we slow down with trust and ask ourselves:

“I am a free woman in Christ.
What would an absolutely free woman choose?”

Grace first.
Bright life choices next.

This is what it is to Live Brightly™ – as a woman deeply loved, grounded, and rooted in Christ.

In Him, you will find wholeness.
Peace.
Joy.
Everything your soul is chasing after today.

Let’s not die with more memories of other people’s lives than our own.

Do you wake up and look at your phone first thing?

If so, and you’re anything like me, instead of feeling inspired, uplifted, and ready to go out and do what God’s called you to...

You end up feeling weighed down by the world. Swirling with other people’s opinions and noise. A bit defeated before the day even starts.

If you’ve been craving a break from social media, I’ve got a new podcast episode for you today.

Head to your fav podcast app and search ‘Living Brightly’ 🎧

If you want to be able to say things like:

“I’m thriving in my unplugged life,”
“My joy has been amazing,”
“My satisfaction is great,”
or “I’ve been so peaceful.”

Then this one’s for you.

I know you, like me, want to leave a legacy of love. You want a life of joy. To be present with who’s in front of you.

To notice the moments of your life and relish them.

Last night, I had a moment like that.

We were on a family walk. Selah was holding Abby’s leash, and Marco and I were each holding one of Selah’s hands. She said, “I love when we’re connected as a family.”

Thank God I didn’t have my phone in that moment.

Listen to the episode if you want to be moved to live life more unplugged.

What if self-control wasn’t something to fear or to force… but something gentle, Spirit-led, and life-giving?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
YES! It can be... it’s what I am currently in a sweet season of experiencing...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Imagine this:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💛 Making fewer promises to yourself—but actually following through on the ones that matter.
💛 Choosing what gives life, peace, and joy—not stress or pressure.
💛 Becoming more patient—not just with yourself, but with the people you love most.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is the kind of fruit that lasts.
This is the kind of self-control that transforms everything.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have 3 private coaching spaces open right now, and I’d love to walk with you if you’re ready to rewrite your relationship with THIS sort of sweet and gentle (peaceful!) self-control—and experience the joy, peace, and purpose it can bring to your everyday life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Let’s make this the season you say YES to the life God has for you. HIS best!

This is a photo of me right before a bright and early morning walk with coffee in hand. I snapped it because I was feeling HAPPY and I wanted to remember the moment. Happy about the changes I’ve made this past month. A month ago I committed to making a few shifts for my health. The only person I told was my husband. Since I’ve told a couple friends. I’m not ready to talk about all the changes I’ve made yet, not because I want to keep it all to myself, but because I’m still in that quiet space with God where it’s just me and Him. Self control is a fruit of the spirit, and I’ve been working to completely change my relationship with it. It’s been such a blessing. 15 years ago, I used self-control to try and keep myself small as a means to make me feel safe and worthy in a crazy world. I feared that any loss of self-control (specifically in regards to my body) would make my life fall apart completely. Now I see self-control as a gift from God. I see it is something that can feel gentle and patient, like He is guiding me. Like a relationship with Him is my ultimate satisfaction, and from there, I have permission to make choices. He is enough. Today I am so well aware of how loved I am by Him. That His love is unconditional. No matter what. Like Salah says in every card she writes: “I love you no matter what.“ That’s what God says to me and you. We are so loved. Loving God, loving others and feeling my brightest (and helping others do the same) is a core value. That’s what Live Brightly is all about. Making the most of this beautiful life that God has given us. So I guess I’m just posting this in the process of my own new-feeling journey as a marking point for me and for you to say, if there’s a change you want to make, any change, please know that you can. There’s nothing quite like the joy that comes from keeping promises you make to yourself. And doing it all from love, joy, peace, and calm. Not pressure. Just nurture.

P.S. If you haven’t yet go and listen to the podcast episodes that I share here in the last slide. These are two things that I’ve been letting shape me lately. 🫶

Sharing something tender and honest with you as summer approaches 💛 if you’ve ever felt the pressure to fix your body, shrink yourself, or just wished you could feel more at peace in your skin—this is for you (and me!) 🙏

Let me start here:

I remember a day when I caught myself talking about who I used to be… just to feel more relatable. I was with a friend of a friend, and even though I knew God had brought me so far, I leaned on stories from my past to connect.

Afterward, I sat with this question:

Why am I still describing myself in ways that no longer match who I am?

I’m not her anymore.
And neither are you.

✨ You are a new creation in Christ.
✨ The old has passed away.
✨ The new has come.

What would it look like to stop rehearsing the old stories that no longer reflect who you are today?

What if you let God write a new story—one that reflects where He’s taking you, not where you’ve been?

Your past shaped you, but it doesn’t get to define you.

Let’s make this a new season—of shedding the old and fully stepping into the NEW. You with me?

Let’s talk about what you’re ready to let go of in a Starter Session. I’ll help you see it clearly and get so excited for the future that’s unfolding.

✨ There are just two 1:1 coaching spots open right now, and they’re first come, first serve. If you feel that nudge, don’t wait.

📥 Use the link in bio to apply for 1:1 coaching. Once you apply, I’ll follow up with an email inviting you to book a Starter Session. If you love that session (which I think you will!), you’ll have the option to roll it right into the full 6-month coaching experience.

Recently, while praying, I felt God highlighting the word “weakness” for me, as if he was telling me to focus on being grateful for my weaknesses.

Ever since, I have noticed that any area I feel weak, is an area where I lean on him in complete dependence. Through my weaknesses, I draw closer to him through prayer. The areas where I feel most weak are the areas where I depend on him most. No wonder Paul said, therefore I will boast all the greatly in my weaknesses.

Thank you, God, that you work through us. Thank you, God that you fill in every gap. Thank you God that we don’t need to be perfect (😭🙏🙌). Thank you that you give us what we need TODAY. Thank you that this causes us to remember our need for you.

Thank you, God, for the ability to notice where we feel weak, and thank you for the wisdom and reminder to bring those areas to you. This is how you do relationship with us.

This is truly how we co-create a bright and purposeful life with you.

Thank you that you know us. Thank you that you know exactly how to draw us to yourself. And thank you that you are faithful to do that.

Nothing makes life more joyful or bright than noticing your power made perfect in our weakness and being in relationship with you. 🥹🙏

Thank you for Jesus. I love you SO MUCH.
