A 19-year-old teenager named Osman Gani was killed this afternoon in Chattogram’s Halishahar area after being hit by a private car while riding his bicycle near Silver Bells School. According to police and locals, the car was being driven by another teenage boy named Tanim who happens to be the son of the car’s owner. He was caught by locals and handed over to the police. Authorities are unsure if the boy had a driving licence. Osman died on the spot, and his body was sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital for autopsy. A case is being filed, and police have launched an investigation into the incident.
