Pro Tip: Looking for an affordable and delicious sit-down lunch in the area? Check out these $10 Lunch Specials in … AMAZING! I got an iced tea, two cheese wontons, and some of the most delicious Pad Thai I’ve ever had for $10! 🤯🙌 My friend tried the Papaya Salad and added Beef (not on the lunch special list). We were so pleased with our experience at this new addition to the Jenks restaurant scene! 🍚🍜

A rainy ☔️ day makes for the perfect occasion to highlight our October coffee shop feature: ☕️. This is a gorgeous coffee shop near 81st & Mingo that’s a great spot for a meeting, working, studying, or chilling. They even feature a drive thru! 🤩 Naturally, we ordered off their Fall menu. I enjoyed a Pumpkin Chai (📸2), Bernie loved her French Toast Cold Brew, and we shared the GF Coffee Cake (📸3). Their cupcakes look so amazing, and I’ll be back to try one soon! I also love that they have board games, a chess ♟️ set, and even a few toys for kiddos.

My Monday was extra boosted after stopping by this morning! 🤪🤩 I wasn’t sure what to get, so I asked for something sweet, and I was served a delicious combo of blackberry, pink Starburst, and coconut! It was so tasty and kept me going all day long at work and throughout my evening workout! 🏋️‍♀️ Love this great spot in that offers tons of protein shakes, healthy energy drinks, and boosted teas! 👏

Happy 918 Day / Happy 5th birthday to AND Happy Birthday to the one and only ! 🥰 Serendipitously, we Percolated ☕️ Princesses planned our monthly coffee feature at The Collab on Bernie’s birthday. As we walked in, I pretended I had all of the birthday decor around the door strategically placed for my pal’s big day. 😆🥳 Such a great day to celebrate a beautiful person, a beautiful city, AND one of my favorite coffee spots!

Bernie ordered a Jasmine Sweet Cream cold brew, and I tried the Horchata Latte. Drinks there are always delightful. We also shared an Almond Croissant 🥐… so good! 😊 This is one of my favorite places to work remotely or schedule a meeting … great coffee, friendly staff, fun environment, great indoor and outdoor seating! Congrats to on 5 years of The Collab! Thanks for creating a space for the 918 to collaborate on all the things!!!

Happy 918 Day! We are a city and a people of resilience. We do not let our past define us. We choose unity, not division. We choose kindness. In fact, we are known for our kindness. We are artists, innovators, a city of creators. We are hard workers. We are the generation of change in the 918. We love our city and the people in it.

Tulsa just feels different from anywhere else on the planet. It’s big enough to dream big, yet small enough that you’ll always run into a friendly face. When you go to another city or country and fly back into , don’t tell me you don’t feel the warm fuzzies. I’m not the only one.
