Happy Friday, Everyone 😻
/sigh It's been a... Week. Yeah. We'll roll with that. A week. 😿
Looks like the weather isn't going to beat up on us too much this weekend, so come on down to the Tri-Cities Flea Market and spend it with us, hunting bargains, deals, and more than a little fun! 😹
The News-news:
The hardware headaches haven't let up one bit. Making matters worse, the trade-climate has made getting spare parts in far more difficult and expensive 😾
Making matters worse, our consumables network is just a balky as the parts supply, so what I'd originally planned for this week had to be scrapped and a new direction chosen on the fly... I don't think you'll be disappointed, though... 😼
But we don't just push back a little. We push back a ton. 🐅
We've finalized the details for offering 3D Printers for sale. We've begun procurement, and expect to have printers for you by the end of the month (pessimistically speaking).
Our Limited Warranty will include both parts and labor - the labor-part being something that no manufacturer currently offers.
The industry norm is if your printer fails, you work with the manufacturer via e-mail or another social media platform, troubleshoot the issue, then you wait while they send you parts and YOU complete the repairs or pay someone else to do it for you. Our process will include troubleshooting steps, but, if we can't resolve the issue, you'll bring your printer to us for service. We cannot guarantee a turn-around time, but, depending on the issue, you could possibly go home with your machine fixed on the same day! 🙀
This combined with our teaching services will result in a much smoother and easier start to your 3D Printing journey. 😹
We'll keep you posted as this new service develops.
New Product News:
As I mentioned earlier, the entire logistics system is a total mess right now. In addition to not being able to get badly needed parts, consumables have been equally messy. We had ordered for our planned production run this week two weeks in advance... After several delays and materials lost in transit, we had to pivot - and pivot we did... 😹
We were saving an expansion into Glow-In-The-Dark materials until a bit closer to Halloween, but, no time like the present, right? 😸 You can see many of our old friends done out in brightly fluorescing colors. This is just the beginning of where we're headed here. 🙀 We have plans for lamps, skulls, and many more of our models that you will see in the coming weeks.
Plus, we're working on a design to make these even better! 😹 Here we have our first iteration of our Big Box of Radiation... A UV light box to better charge all of our Glow in the Dark products! This one can't go home with you, however 😭 It still has a long way to go in safety testing before I can trust it in your homes... 😿
We also have some UV flashlights on the way for you, but it'll be a while before they make their way here. 😺
And last, a special sneak peek for one of our special order customers: KL (initials only for privacy), here's your guy at about 2/3 done 😸 As long as nothing goes wrong (unlikely at this stage) he'll be ready for you at the market tomorrow 😹
Come see us in Building 3, #72, 73, and 74 at the Tri-Cities Flea Market. If you're coming in the front door, look for our blinking sign in the distance, just beyond Memory Lane Toy Box.
Coming in the back door, turn left, go around the corner, and you'll find us right across from Bill's Coins/ Kingsport Coin and Jewelry. Be Safe out there, and we'll see you soon! 😻
