PLONK Golf at Borough Market is an absolute blast 🎉 Tucked beneath London Bridge, it’s loud, colourful, chaotic, and bursting with personality. Street art covers every inch, the nine-hole course joyfully messes with London landmarks, and there are cocktails, retro arcade games, pool tables, and board games to dive into between holes. Away from the British Library's research rooms, (24 October 2025 – 18 January 2026) explores how humanity has charted the world while carefully guarding what those charts reveal. From imperial ambition and wartime secrecy to community-made maps of survival and solidarity, this exhibition shows how mapping has shaped power, protest, and protection. Thoughtful, visually striking, and quietly unsettling, it asks us to consider what our own maps still hide.
