The Inkognito 12” subwoofer from Sigberg Audio 🇳🇴

I had the pleasure of trying this one out for a little while. First impression getting it in is that it’s not as small as I thought it would be. Which makes sense when you start using it, performance wise.

But don’t get me wrong the size is very nice in the way that it’s easy to place. Standing or laid down. Easy to hide to get that WAF approved. Had mine placed up against the side wall when using it for stereo music listening and towards the back wall when having it setup as LFE in a Atmos setup.

Short impressions for testing one in my room..

Music in stereo: Sounds very good for music listening, I hate to use the word quality bass but.. thats how it sounds like. It just blended very easily together with my B&W 705 S3s.. without taking too much space in the soundstage but giving it that little punch to complete the soundstage.

Movies: Setup as LFE, I still get that quality bass but it struggles on higher volumes when those real low effects take place. Adding another one would probably have fixed that.

With that said.. for someone with a Trinnov in a smaller room, this must be one of the best choices out there to get that Waveforming setup with 2 in the front and 2 in the back (or more) as they can easily be mounted to a wall as well.

Thank to for letting me try out their product🙏🙏

Recoco Record Cafe in Shibuya, Tokyo 🎶

Cozy place worth visiting in Tokyo if you are into music and want a break from the city.

Enjoy music records of your choice while eating a record shaped cake with some coffee🤗

I ended up listening to Radiohead, Utada Hikaru and Billie Eilish. What would you listen to if you get the chance to visit? 🎧

If your amplifier doesn’t use a key, is it even worth mentioning?😆😆

Had the pleasure of joining for a tour at DALI in Denmark 🇩🇰

DALI obviously mostly known for speakers but there is one particular interesting exception.
DALI Gravity delivering 1800 watts of class A amplification😎

Thanks a lot to their CEO Lars Worre for showing us around, what a nice and knowledgeable guy😊🙌

Steinway Lyngdorf Visit! 😃😃

Thanks to my friend I got the chance to visit Lyngdorf in Denmark 🇩🇰.

Here just a photo outside and a few shots from their Home Theater showroom. Where they have both a full Atmos setup for Lyngdorf and for Steinway Lyngdorf.

We got the chance to listen to both with some scenes from movies like Blade Runner 2049 and The Greatest Showman.

There is something magical with line source giving the whole presentation a bigger scale, making you feel more present in what you’re listening to.

Both systems sounding great.. but obviously Steinway Lyngdorf being superior. Especially in those higher frequencies, those AMT tweeters👌 There is something very delightful to listen to with that airy sound it creates as it at the same time captures all the details.

Thanks to Peter Krogh for giving us a tour of Steinway Lyngdorf in Skive, Denmark. It was both inspiring and a lot of fun😊🙌

Follow for more Lyngdorf photos to come.

Lyngdorf MXA-8400
The best Class D Amplifier?

Ive been enjoying the MXA-8400 for a short week. I have tried multiple multi channel amplifiers at home but as for reference now, Arcam PA720 is what I swapped out.

8 x 200w in 8ohm with bridge possibilities making this a powerhouse of a multichannel amp.

It’s a pretty big upgrade, especially in terms of it being more silent due to the (probably) newest class D gen amplification from purify as well as a better match with my processor Lyngdorf MP-40 gain wise..

More silent, meaning less noise from tweeter when nothing is playing.. and giving it just a better separation of instruments or better and more precise presentation overall .

MXA is probably also known from using Neutrik speakON connections, which might annoy some people that have invested a lot of money in high end regular speaker cables with banana plugs or spades. However.. once you get the SpeakON in place, it feels very solid and nice. Time will tell if this will become the new standard, but in many ways it has the same feel of going from RCA to XLR.

Overall this is the best multichannel amplifier that I have tested, having used things as NAD M28, Rotel 1585 and Arcam PA720 to mention a few from my setup. Yes I know basing things on memory is a bit biased.. but I truly believe it’s the best one.. but it’s also the most expensive ;)

Will definitely miss having it at home🥲😁

Unit borrowed due to consideration of purchase 🙏🙏
