✨ A special treat for ramen lovers in Hong Kong ✨
Chef Atsushi Yamamoto, founder of the celebrated Konjiki Hototogisu, is in Hong Kong to celebrate the opening at Hong Kong International Airport. Since 2006, his signature “Golden Soup” made with Hamaguri clams and pork broth has redefined ramen for diners around the world. His visit marks a new chapter, bringing Konjiki Hototogisu’s craftsmanship and flavours closer to travellers in Hong Kong.
