Chef Atsushi Yamamoto, founder of the celebrated Konjiki Hototogisu, is in Hong Kong to celebrate the opening at Hong Kong International Airport. Since 2006, his signature “Golden Soup” made with Hamaguri clams and pork broth has redefined ramen for diners around the world. His visit marks a new chapter, bringing Konjiki Hototogisu’s craftsmanship and flavours closer to travellers in Hong Kong.

🎶 Eaton HK Hosts Make Music, Hong Kong! 2025 🎶

As part of the French May Arts Festival, Eaton HK and Alliance Française present the eighth edition of Make Music Hong Kong, a two-day festival of global rhythms and community spirit, happening June 20–21 at Terrible Baby and Music Room.

The festivities kick off on June 20 with a high-energy party night featuring French DJ Jarl Flamar and local DJs ACHI & 光頭@摩四青年M4, from 7PM to midnight.

On June 21, expect an eclectic showcase from six local and European bands, including BLUEM (Italy), PiNCH (CZ/HK), 結界師 (HK), Misty Blue Banana (HK), and Jazzpospolita (Poland), performing from 4PM to 9PM.
