I’d just witnessed a something so stunning, there was no question it was an echo of the past that repeats.
From the 1820’s to the 1970’s, this location witnessed nearly 150 years of life, death, and countless individuals who called Genesee County Poor Farm home.
Now and again you meet someone who seems so called to a particular location you can’t imagine it stewarded by anyone else. Sharon spoke at length about “shadow hallway”, and at the end of the night, I knew she wasn’t exaggerating.
