Almost two weeks ago, the incredible cast of The Elements Of Life band, led by the legendary Grammy winner Louie Vega, performed live on the HERE at Outernet stage in London 🇬🇧.
What an incredible show, an atmosphere of the biggest nights [literally those written in the books] where classic after classic was dropped, from the Masters A Work / Nuyorican Soul era to the recent Expansions In The NYC project, all in an inimitable Vega’s vibe for wich only El Maestro has the score.
Two hours of fullness and happiness warmly offered by our heroes also with a vibrant tribute to Marlena Shaw RIP 🕊️
It’s not the first time that I attended an Elements Of Life show, with Montreux in 2004, at New Morning Paris in 2005 or in recent years at Heart in Ibiza, but it’s with certainty that I can say that this one was probably the most anticipated of all.
Louie also announced the upcoming arrival of EOL’s 4th album, eponymously titled “IV” with new dates for the band.
I can’t wait to hear this new opus !

Friends, here is a session dedicated to testing my brand new tool the Teil2 Revolo from with my 20 deep and afro house tracks that are rocking this end of 2023.
Big influence obviously from Keinemusik on this mix with sounds and some exclusives from the kings of this game 🔥

Let’s take a closer look at what I grabbed in this Louie Vega x Oye Records tote bag with a special SLS session Vega Records 5 Pack Unreleased IV, Anané's Take A Ride EP on Nervous Records and some MAW Records bangers played by the Maestro during his set in Berlin last Friday.
Of course we are talking about vinyls and house music.
