✨ Mini Jatz Caramel “Freckles” ✨

Okay, here’s the ultimate sweet + salty snack, with a gooey caramel centre AND 100’s and 1000’s. 🌈

The best part? They take minutes to make. 👌

You’ll need:

👉🏻Mini Jatz
👉🏻A block of caramel chocolate
👉🏻100’s & 1000’s

How to make them:

1️⃣ Sprinkle 100’s & 1000’s all over a lined baking tray.
2️⃣ Lay out the chocolate squares on top of the sprinkles, then pop them into the oven at 150°C for about 2 minutes (just enough for the chocolate to get melty).
3️⃣ Pull them out and gently press a Mini Jatz onto each square.
4️⃣ Slide the tray into the fridge (or freezer if you’re impatient like me) for 10 minutes until they’re set.

And there you go!🤤 You’ll want to hide a few for yourself because they will disappear quickly! 👀

🫑Meatball Veggie Skewers 🫑

A quick, affordable meal that takes minimal effort but tastes amazing!💁🏼‍♀️

You’ll need:

✨Meatballs
✨Capsicum, chopped into chunky squares
✨Red onion, cut into wedges
✨Mushrooms
✨Olive oil
✨Salt & pepper
✨Celery salt (optional)
✨Wooden skewers

Bake in the oven on 180*c for around 25 minutes and that’s it. They would be nice brushed with a little BBQ sauce too. 👌

🍦Neapolitan Cake Mix Biscuits🍦

Okay, so you know the viral cake mix biscuits hack using just 3 ingredients? Meet my neapolitan version! They’re like the ice cream, but in biscuit form. 😍

What you’ll need:

✨ 3 x cake mixes (2 vanilla + 1 chocolate)
✨ 3 eggs (1 per packet)
✨ 300g melted butter (100g per packet)
✨ 1 tablespoon of Nesquik Strawberry (optional)
✨ A few drops of pink food dye 💕

How to make them:

1️⃣In 3 separate bowls, mix together one cake mix, one egg, and 100g melted butter.

2️⃣Add a couple of drops of pink food dye to one of the vanilla bowls and Strawberry Nesquik (for the strawberry vibe).

3️⃣Roll little balls from each flavour (see photos) and squish them together into one big ball.

4️⃣Pop them on a tray, press down slightly, and bake at 160°C for 12 minutes.

And just like that… oh so simple, oh so pretty, and oh so YUM. 🩷🤍🤎
