This documentary tells the remarkable love story of Bellingham-born professor and feminist scholar Catharine R. Stimpson and Australian musicologist Elizabeth Wood. "Love Letters" precedes the beautiful documentary "Every Little Thing," a film about hummingbirds and bird rehabilitator Terry Masear. These fragile marvels may be tiny, but they amaze far beyond their size. Masear, based in the Hollywood Hills, rescues injured and orphaned hummingbirds. She names them and releases them when they regain their "wings."
