The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Taguig City University is proud to have successfully conducted the Seminar-Workshop on Customer Service for the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) Employees of Taguig City, held on October 11, 2025, at SM Aura, Taguig City.

This meaningful event was made possible through the collaboration between BPLO Taguig City, TCU–College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and the CHTM Community Extension & Services Unit.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished speakers — Dr. Iluminada Bueno, Dean of CHTM; Prof. Evelyn Dignadice, Head of TCU Community Extension and Linkages; and Prof. Rey N. Dianzon, Coordinator of the CHTM Community Extension and Services Unit — for sharing their knowledge and expertise during the session. Special appreciation is also given to Prof. Wenard Romero, STM/HMS Adviser, for his unwavering support and guidance throughout the entire event. Likewise, we recognize our dedicated CHTM student leaders — Mr. Christhian Felix Tibug, Mr. Jean Mark Ladiana, Mr. Nemuel Shan Cagulada, and Mr. Jayson Toribio — for their active participation and invaluable assistance during the activity.

Through this initiative, we were able to share our expertise and strengthen our partnership with BPLO — promoting service excellence, professionalism, and community empowerment. 💙✨
