We’re looking for a creative, confident, and trend-savvy Social Media Video Content Creator to develop engaging video content that resonates with audiences and elevates our brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, short-form video trends, and the art of creating scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and community growth.
You’ll work closely with the social media, marketing, and video editing teams to conceptualize, shoot, and produce video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Facebook.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Education
Degree or equivalent experience in Media, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
At least 2 years of proven experience creating social media video content (preferably for a brand, influencer, or digital publication).
Skills
Strong camera presence and confidence in front of and behind the camera.
Excellent video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of current social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
Soft Skills
Energetic, adaptable, and proactive.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passionate about social media culture, lifestyle, and storytelling.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience creating viral content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts.
Ability to ideate and produce branded content or sponsored campaigns.
Basic graphic design or motion graphics experience (Canva, After Effects).
Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights or TikTok Analytics.
