🌸 Happy Women’s Day! 🌸

This year, Women’s Day feels just a little extra special to us.

On 28 July, 4Mal Media Management turned THREE! 🥂💗

Between deadlines, publications and preparing for the Women in MICE Awards, we didn’t quite get the opportunity to stop and celebrate our birthday properly — so today feels like a beautiful moment to reflect on just how much can happen in three years.

As a 100% women-owned company, we are incredibly proud of what we are building, the women we work alongside and the industry that continues to support us.

And coming just days after the Women in MICE Awards 2026, we are reminded once again what this initiative stands for: recognising women, creating opportunities, celebrating contribution and reminding one another that there is space for all of us to shine. 💗

Our 2026 theme was Timeless Influence — and perhaps that is the perfect message for Women’s Day too.

Influence doesn’t always need to be loud to be powerful.

Sometimes it is sharing an opportunity, making an introduction, offering encouragement, opening a door or simply reminding another woman:

You can do this.

And today we also want to give a special little thank you to all the people who support the incredible women in their lives every single day.

To the partners, families, friends, colleagues, mentors and teams who cheer them on, share the load, make space and stand beside them — thank you. Your support is part of the journey too. 🌷

To every woman building, growing, leading, learning, starting again, taking a chance or lifting someone else along the way — today we celebrate you.
